I have requested twice to port in phone number from italkbb in last 7 days. unfortunately public Mobile provided incomplete address to italkbb though the address I submitted to public mobile is correct and complete. Could anyone help me to solve the problem? Thanks for help

The Public Mobile chatbot is currently unable to create trackable tickets for members who are unable to log in. So for this reason, please use the following link to contact customer service.
