Hi, I was trying to port in my number from Lucky mobile but it’s looks something wrong. Who should I contact for help? Thanks!

Contact a CS_Agent by clicking on the Chat bubble and type in Submit a Ticket or Contact Agent so they can help you complete the porting.
Your Lucky SIM should still be working so don’t cancel service with them. Once porting is completed, it will automatically cancel.
Wait for the text from them and confirm with YES you are porting over to PM.

so what part of the port process went wrong ? What message are you seeing ?
