@Chatal are you using a computer browser or the Public Mobile app? Are you a new customer porting in a number or is this porting to an existing account?

hi @Chatal then can you login My Account?
you can request porting on Profile page and click Transfer Number
But if you have not activated yet, you can activate and request porting at the same time, step 4 of activation

but of not from Koodo Prepaid, you can request porting from My Account, Profile
