Hello everyone, I responded to text messages from the network offering a better plan, I responded YES, got a confirmation message back, but nothing happened. A month after that I went to my profile, added a new plan, I did input all the details, I got a confident message again, still didn’t have any change, worst, there’s nobody to talked about it from the network.
Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

Get all screenshots ready with offer, your reply and confirmation and then either open a ticket or contact agent directly.
