I can't port my koodo number to PM, because I use the same email for both vcount. I sent private message to MOD, but till now no respond. Anybody can help me?

@yaowolaoThis is prepaid, Koodo and PM are using the same back end so their automated number porting system is treating prepaid as the same provider. So you can get an error with the "Check eligibility". You can get a temp number now and get it switch later. There are also problems like using the same e-mail address as your koodo account.
They are really busy but working hard to respond to each inquiry. Support staff is small but that’s why this service is such low cost. Rest assured you WILL be taken care of and it will be worth the wait!

@yaowolao, only moderators can support porting from Koodo prepaid. If you have sent them a private message already, you will have to sit back and wait for them to complete the request. In your private message, did you include all the account information including account PIN for the Public Mobile account as well as the account information for the Koodo account. If not, you might want to resubmit the private message. Missing information will slow down the process.

Only a Moderator can port a prepaid Koodo number to PM. All you can do now is wait for their reply.
