Port Number from PM to Telus

Hi, my work will be paying for a Telus account so i need to port my number over to them. whta is the procedure, and what do i need to give them?  Is it just my phone number and account info?

Yes just do what they person below said and I suggest for you to get the porting done at the store so no complications will happen.

you will need your PM account #, the phone number you wish to port. As well as the pin # you created during registration
