I have given the port help line number out a lot over the years I have been here as I'm sure a lot of people here have and never have I had someone message me after that the answer they received was "no, they are Koodo, PM has to help you".
Has anyone else who called the number for porting help experienced this answer?
Disregard, individual messaged me again and said on second try they were successful in getting help.

i have been given out the number a lot. I do have many positive feedback saying they sorted out the porting issue, but some messaged me back saying they refused to help
I would give a wild guess that 25% of those got declined and 75% of those got it taken care by the team
Not sure why, but I think some Koodo staff thinks they are Koodo only.
