Hello I signed up for the $40 50% off plan on Friday evening and now I don’t see it on my account anymore as an existing customer. What happened ? I made a ticket, but no one has responded as of yet

They actually were able to until Public Mobile patched it on Friday evening

some existing customers got the deal but are unsure if they really get it too.

If you changed to there should be a message on the main page that says upcoming charges with the next due date and amount due.
