Recently signed up and tried to port a number over. Downloaded an esim and no number is assigned, I have data access but no phone number.
How do get support finalize the number transfer. I approved the text authorization from my old device and provider but the number hasn't ported and its been over 5 business days.

Does your number have any port protection that was applied on from your previous provider ? Is it from a personal account or corporate account?
