Hi,
Just in the last month I've had a lot of trouble sending texts and using data.
I have a Samsung Note 5. A lot of the time it shows 4 bars, but rarely does it show 4G, sometimes it shows H.
Right now I have 4 bars and I am at home in the city (a small city, but still) and can't even send a text.
Basically, I am using my phone in the same places I have for the last year, but it's a struggle to send or receive a text, and I don't know how to troubleshoot this.
I have tried clearing the cache on my Note, didn't help.
Any advice appreciated.

Usually data is the thing that suffers the most from poor reception. Text should work with literally any reception and regardless of whether on 3G or LTE connection. There is no correlation between signal strength and 3G/LTE connectivity. At work in certain parts of the building, I only connect to a 3G tower. Signal is pretty good, but it is only 3G.
