So I get two points for refer a friend then I am supposed to get 1.75 for my plan so they just gave me one point for refer a friend then I and only referred two people any ideas what’s going on

Another possiblilty is that one of your friend's left PM or their account status is suspended.  Ask your two friends about their status.

For the Refer a friend, did you go to the Referrals tab and view this information? Click on "more stats", and they will show the breakdown. 

Then 5% back on the plan amount that you actually paid towards renewal.

But obviously if it's still not clear to you you can create the ticket and ask for clear breakdown.

when you refer your 2nd  friend? did both friends got the $10 credit?

you should give the names and numbers of your friends and ask them to check
