On Mar 18, I redeemed 20 points to receive 3GB of data. Didn't get any data and my points were still taken

If you log into your account online, you'll be on the Overview page. If you scroll down just a bit you'll see Subscription Usage box. At the bottom of the box you'll see Usage Breakdown. You should see it there. If you don't, sometimes the website has cache issues. Just go into your browser settings and enter Cache. Clear it for all time and then restart your browser and then go into incognito mode. Try the steps above and go from there. IF they don't show on that list, I'd reach out to a CS Agent to find out what happened.

Clear the cache before you login to your account online or swipe down on the Subscription screen on the PM app.
