I'm trying to transfer my existing number, it prompts me to login. I did, but site doesn't open...

If you are porting your number over from another carrier. You need to download the PM app and not the website to activate your new SIM and create a new account.

Hey @Fstan
If you're using a computer, this website is known to have cache issues. Go into your browser settings and enter Cache into the search. Clear it "for all of time". Then restart your browser and go into incognito mode and try again. You should be fine from there.
