Points add on are not working

I puchesd add-on points in my account for data but they are not working

Are you in the states? Back in your initial question you have a link of the support username. Click on it and then click on Send a message and then fill in the subject and body and away it goes to support.

If you're in Canada.

i don’t know where to ask support, i tried and it’s not workinng

There we go. You got the roaming data and I'm guessing you're not in the states. You can ask support to switch it out for you.

15 days. Yes my plan data is working but not the points 

Do you still have plan data? Is data working at all? Do you see 15 day counter or 30 day counter?

There seems to be mention of a delay for converting points to add-ons. When did you do it?
