Also, the way you suggested, I don't think it will help in today's Cloudflare situation.

I have no issues with Cloudflare enabled when connecting to PM.
You need to Cloudflare app on your phone then tap on the 3 horizontal bars>Advance>Connection Options>Add Wi-Fi Network then tap on Current Network. This will disable Cloudflare whenever you connect to this trusted network.

this is not a Public Mobile or Telus issue, this is a Cloudflare worldwide outage this morning, we have to wait for Clourflare to fix that

Same thing is happening to me. I disabled VPN, cleared cache, tried incognito mode, tried on another phone/operating system. Everything failed. App won't let me log in either.
My mom has Public mobile and same thing is happening with her. She can't even log in at all in order to contact customer service.
