Please let me know how to cancel my Add-on service ?

I have joined in this month at 5 Giga plan.

And I used my data quickly to 4 Giga.

So, I purchased Add-on 1 Giga several days ago by 30 dollars.

However, I regret this decision and I still have my data.

Please let me know how to cancel my Add-on service

or please cancel my Add-on service on your own way.   

I am looking for your answer.

if you have already purchased the addon you can't .it is a pre paid service with no refunds.  They carry over until they are completely used up then you would have repurchase them..  The LD and data addons roll over until completely exhausted and are not part of the the autopay system.

Sorry, but prepaid cellular services do not offer refunds on purchased services.  Once you've made the purchase, it's on your account until you use it up.

@KUNMI Addons don't renew automatically. It will just stay on your account until you have used it, you can keep if for the next time you run out of your plan minutes.
