@JenXie are you talking about your home internet or Public Mobile service? If you are having issues with your cell phone check to see if there is in outage in your area:

i checked this for Telus outage:   TELUS Service Status

it only has a rainwall warning for Ontario , but it says no impact to Telus services

did you check if you used up your data ?  and try reboot the phone and try Reset All networks

if you still experience no data problem, ask PM directly.  Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
