My Voicemail will NOT pick up

I've tried every solution I can find. If I press 1 I can access my voicemail no problem but the issue is my voicemail never picks up, Will ring forever and if I ignore call it just goes to busy signal. Google Pixel 7. This is quite vexing.

Thanks for the reply, The number in my VM is not in my area code. I created a ticket yesterday so hopefully they get back to me. Thanks

Hello, when I do that I get "Call forwarding
MODEM_ERR"

please dial ##004# to reset all conditional forwarding and it will set it back to voicemail

Does calling voicemail result in a number that goes to your (area code) + 580-4001?
