First, welcome to Canada.
Second, Public Mobile is a self serve service. If you're not tech savvy, this may not be for you. Everything is done in these forums and through chat with customer service. It can take hours if not days to resolve issues.
You may wish to try something different like Koodo which has more perks and a number to talk to customer service. This can be done at Walmart.
But if you wish to try anyways, sometimes the site has cache issues. Just open your browser and clear the cache, close browser and try again. But it's best to do all of this from the Public Mobile app on your phone.
It has to be a TD Visa debit or Mastercard debit, not a bank card.
You can purchase a prepaid credit card to sign up as well for both accounts. Then add the vouchers you purchased to each account that way the funds aren't lost.
