I have switched to public mobile last month with the 90 day promo (12GB of data, unlimited province-wide talk and unlimited global text). It has been working fine for the past month, but suddenly cannot make any phone calls today. When I dial a number, it says "Talk is not included in your current plan". Could one of the moderators here please help?

Hi,
I just got this problem.
I have been able to make calls until today.
It's all local. So now i can receive but not call out. Please help ASAP

Sorry for the false alarm everyone! I just found out that I have keyed in the wrong number (oops...), I keyed in only 9 digits instead of 10. Everything is working fine now. Thank you all for the fast response!

Sorry to hear that you're having a hard time placing local calls. Your account shows that everything is active and your plan is functional, can you please confirm if this happens to every number you call, or only specific ones? If specific, please send me the numbers via private message.
