I am an existing public mobile customer.
My cell phone was stolen a while ago. So I bought a new cell phone and sim card on the public mobile site.
But I can't use my cell phone because I don't know how to do activities Help me

Login your account and have the 2FA code sent to your email then go to the Profile tab and click on Change SIM Card Number (19 digit number).
This will cancel the old SIM and active the new SIM.
Also contact a CS_Agent to put your lost phone on Blacklist so they can’t use the phone or if you have problems accessing your account.

I am an old man I don't quite understand what you're saying I went into activation and did what I was told, but I couldn't finish the account verification process because it was a problem
