A few troubleshooting advice:
1. Reboot phone
2. Network reset of phone (note this will erase any saved Wifi passwords(
3. You can also try your SIM card in another working phone. That will help determine whether hardware issue versus PM service problem.

Hi. Everything else works as it should. I've been a customer for several years and haven't changed anything concerning my plan for months. I can make calls and send txt messages but cannot receive either. Everything was fine yesterday but this morning when I was waiting for an expected call and text, I received nothing. I thought nothing of it until a spoke with the person, face to face, and they asked why I didn't answer their calls or txt messages. I tried everything suggested by the automated help and no changes.

More detail should be helpful. Are you a new customer? Did you just port over from another carrier?
Are you able to call out or text out?
What about data?
