I want to upgrade to a bigger plan right away, but my renewal date has not come yet, if I click to add the plan now, will I get some of the money from the previous plan that I didn't use? (it is partway through the month)

Money back? You used all the data! The only logical prorated refund would be on the talk/text portion of the plan ($10 I believe), but services are non refundable, so no.

Your options are purchasing a data add on to get you through to the next cycle, or just eat the slight loss and change plans now. You did use your data though, so I wouldn't look at it as much of a loss.

Ok, thanks!

@ICanHelp , if you perform an immediate plan change, then the remaining paid cycle is forfeited.  Generally most customers use the change plan on next renewal option.

HI@ICanHelp   Do not click Change plan now if you can wait.

Change plan now will charge you full new plan amount for this time and won't apply any rewards

Also, no partial refund on the old plan's remaining day

Use Change plan on next renewal date instead
