Hi everyone 

I noticed a plan of $21 a month with 3 GB and really want to have that ,but when I want to change my subscription it doesn't work.

Other are saying that they received a text message with this offer,but not me .

Can anyone help me, please 🙏

What is your current plan?  If it is more than $21, it is unlikely you will get a special promo text or a customer agent helping you to switch.  PM will not let current customers go to a cheaper "new activation only" plans.  

You can port out to a different provider, port back in and apply for a new activation only plan. However, if you have any referral points, you will lose them in the new account.  Also, your 12 month 10 point loyalty clock would reset.  For example, if your current account anniversary is July, you would have received 10 points ($10) in July, 2024. If you start a new account today, you lose those 10 points and will not get 10 points until May 2025.

There is a way you can get it. It's just a lot of work to get. I only suggest this if you don't have any referral credits or very very little. 

You'd have to port out to another service. Pay the cheapest plan they have, you will lose whatever you paid for that other service, then resign up with Public Mobile and get a new SIM card or eSIM and get the plan you want. You'll have to get a new temp number but then you can port in your old number back to PM. It's by far one of the most stupidest games to play but eh...  at least you'll get the plan you want... right? 

Or you could reach out to a CS Agent and ask nicely. What's the worst they can say... no? Or what's the worst that can happen if you port out...  you like the other service better and never come back?? LOL. Public Mobile likes to play Russian Roulette sometimes.

that is a new activation only plan.  But as you aware, some got a text allowing them to change to that plan

Why not ask the support agent and see if they allow you to change to that plan.
