i changed my plan, i got charged twice, my connection extremily slow, after 1day i cancelled my new plan and didnt get credit

any way to speak to human to solve this problem please please need help

You can get a credit or a potential refund for the extra charge, but what do you mean you cancelled your new plan? PM is a prepaid service.

@Mymistake  Although PM usually do not provide refund, in this case, it could be a system issue and it makes sense that no one would change plan twice on the same day.   Please open ticket with PM and explain.  They are usually very understanding and will try to help

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply you there
