I am switching to public mobile because I like the plans you have. There is currently a boxing week deal that’s 20gb for $45 so I ordered my sim to be able to get that deal but I can’t get the deal till the sim is here and I’m worried it won’t get here till after the deal ends but it’s the whole reason I’m switching to you for my service. If my sim arrives after the deal ends can I get that deal still since I’ve got it on order and waiting for this. If I can’t get this deal I will probably not switch as my current plan is not bad but the deal you have is better. Will you honour the deal for me since I’ve ordered my sim?

Where are you located? A community member who lives nearby may be able to help you out. Or Try Canadian Cell Supplies they have pm Sim cards for $5.99 with free shipping via Canada Post or express shipping to 26 cities for $5. There are pick up locations in North York and Oakville. 

You will want to activate before 11:59:59pm eastern on December 31st to recieve the holiday gifts from public mobile.

If the deal expires then it will be too late to receive the offer. Best thing to do is to go to a Telus/Koodo store in your area and pick one up. When the SIM arrives in the mail, just give it to a friend or family that are thinking of switching carriers and ask them to use your referral code and any promo that might be available at that time…like cash back or extra bonus data.

@mcSquared   did you order the sim from PM site?  yes, it could take long for the sim to arrive, could be 5 days to 3 weeks, it really varies

Not sure when will the $45 for 20GB will last.  Some mentioned before even it is gone, if you open ticket with support and show them you ordered the sim and was because sim not arrived, they might be able to still honour the offere.  But again, this is really no guarantee.  

Best is to get a PM sim from local Telus or Koodo stores and then activate before the deal is gone.  

The sim you ordered, sorry, it cannot be refund.  You can keep it and maybe give it to a friend  and bring him in and earn friend referral bonus

@mcSquared  I think you can have it emailed you the deal , additionally you can talk to a agent about that so it knowen in advance the plan you want
