I have the $25 plan and since I've been with you i get a bit of data every month. But, last month i did not get any i looked and thought ok maybe its been used. But i do not remember using it so, I kept a close eye on it this month when I paid my phone bill I did not get any data again. I've been with public mobile over a year and always had data accept for these past two months. Can someone please help me get my data back?

@JenL Going forward get into the habit of taking a screenshot of your overview page the day before and day after your renewal. I like to also have one of my payment history every 30 days so I can track any irregularities within my account. That way you can be credited for anything that goes awry. Some people go years without an issue....or they don't notice. Others like myself notice something amiss almost every cycle. It's up to you to monitor your account and get exactly what you pay for.
