My plan was suppose to auto renew as per usual on April 7th,however it didn't,so I made a payment through 611 as I don't have online access ...the money is on the account but no option to pick a plan,and my previous plan seems to have been removed from the account

@2girls1boy no worries, your plan didn't get removed
The message indicates that the Eversafe login system is unable to locate your My Account from your email login. But it is an easy fix for PM support, you will just need to engage them by direct message and they will also assist to renew the plan with the money you added. Please private message CS Agent at:
