I wouldn't be trying to change your plan because that would mean that you would forfeit the plant that you've already paid for if you make any immediate plan change.
There is a bug in the self serve system that cause a the plan that you have to be displayed as a blank. This should not affect your service. Often, it's just a matter of going back into your account at a later time. If your service is working, I would not be too concerned about this.

@Rach1981 , try using a different browser or clearing browser cache and see if that makes a difference. The self serve can be a bit finicky at times.

@Rach1981 doe your phone work if the SIM is installed? Do you hear your amount owed when you dial 611? And did you get a welcome email from PM. Thanks.
