I have had a $10 plan for many years.  My account page now indicated I have a $13 plan.

I want my plan changed back to the original $10 plan.

Yeah they had a good deal to get pm customers to move to Koodo 35 5 gig plan along with I think it was 180 in Bill credits over first year back almost 4 years ago. Plan did the job, was great value, got a phone the tab about a year in. Paid it off, then all of a sudden a couple months ago I get my next bill text showing a higher number. Thinking it was a mistake I looked into it and saw they jacked it up 5 bucks but we hadn't received any official notice of an increase. Went on message boards and saw a bunch of people saying the same thing. Turns out the increase was buried in fine print on the bottom of Feb bill for next month (that no one looks at). Then I saw it was handled differently for many customers.. Some went to retention and were told they would honour old pricing. Others were told too bad so sad.. And others (like me) were told well we will do something for you to make up the difference. So it was connected to a new phone again. They said they would give bill credits to basically honour the same deal if a phone was purchased on a tab which I was open to. Problem was any of the phones I wanted either didn't qualify for the price of plan I was or if it did the price was much higher where you got no credit/savings on the phone, and you would have to pick an inferior model and pay what you could get for buying it outright plus 10 tab charge over 24 months. So I came back to PM bc that is a sh1tty way to do business in my eyes. Be honest and forthright and be consistent in how you remedy this for hundreds if not thousands of customers who are all p1ssed off.

Unfortunately like many cell providers these days, these increases are happening all over, at least PM sent out emails and texts.. Koodo buried theirs in fine print on a single bill

@Jon1989   Not sure if you receive a SMS like what showed in this post:

Yes, $10 no more, here comes $13 plan.

@Jon1989  - this $10 plan officially changed to $13 on April 28, 2022. There was not an announcement made from Public Mobile on the forum about this. But others have posted when they received emails/texts about the notifications it was going to change.

Have you checked your texts or emails from weeks ago?

@Jon1989

A notice had gone out recently that the cost of that plan was increasing by $3.
