How can I upgrade my plan to work in Norway while I travel there on vacation?

You can use WhatsApp if all parties have this app when connected to hotel or public wifi.

you won't be able to have Public Mobile service in Norway...it only works in Canada (and Mexico /us with correct plan).

there is no upgrade you can do and no addon to buy. PM simply does not have roaming in Norway. PM has roaming only in US and Mexico. But travel esim or local data sim to access data there
