I have autopay set up on 2 accounts
They were due to renew on Oct 31. I had set to switch to the new plan at renewal.
I got up to my accounts suspended and they want me to renew my old plan.
Please help, we need our phone service

I figure the mods are pretty overwhelmed right now with the new promo. I tagged the 3 I know are mods and expect when someone has the ability to work my issue they will ask me to PM them with my details. I don't want to randomly hit an overworked mod.
So when someone has the time to work this, please reply to this post and I'll pass on the needed info
