Plan switched and not correct

MY PLANN JUST SWITCHED TODAY AND THIS IS WHAT IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE ON. AND IT ONLY GAVE ME THE 35$ data!  I TRIPLE CHECKED BEFORE SWITCHING THIS PLAN THAT TALK WAS INCLUDED.  PLEASEEE HELP

@jessicasadee, have you tried to turn your phone off, and then back on?  Sometimes this will fix the plan provisioning for you.

The problem is that is what I’m supposed to have. That’s the plan I chose to switch too. However it only gave me the DATA no talk. I can’t make calls from my phone and I’m on bloody vacation. Can’t call Home. This sucks

as i can see from the picture  you have a plan 35$ with text, talk and data ..

unlimited talk and text canada and 1G data

so where is the problem..
