I have switched from a smart phone and no longer require data. All i require is the unlimited talk and text plan. No data. The one that is 20$. When i sign in it will not give that plan as an option. I prefer to stay with public mobile instead of changing providers. How to get that plan to my account? Thant you

you can only change to a plan that available to you in your particular account. Only other option is to start a new account with a new sim and a different email address.
