Recently toppped up my account and my plan says it is active but when I am on the network I am unable to call, text, or use data. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It's found in self serve click plans then lost stolen

Try toggling the lost/stolen feature in the self-serve. Seems to work for a lot of people.
Suspend service, log out, wait a few minutes, resume service, restart phone.
