I am trying to sign my husband up for public mobile. i filled out all the forms but when it asked for phone number ( and I waited a long time) I hit the back button and lost everything. Now I am trying to fill everything out again and it says the email address is not available...

Don't use an apartment number when inputing your credit card info. If you did that would be why it didn't work

So I closed everything and tried again. It worked but now it rejects my credit card! No reason why and I can't even enter it again without filling out all the sign up stuff!

I didn't have an opportunity to enter my credit card. It was processing my request for a phone number for 20 minutes!

@Tishie1The big question is did they charge your credit card? Public Mobile's website is quirky due to lack of resources.. best to wait till rush hour is over then try again.

I would try closing everything and start over, might just be the browser!
Did he revive any email from them?
