Plan renewed without my calling

I have the 40 dollar plan and it renewed however now when I dial 611 it's telling me I don't have calling can. Someone look into this please immediately

@Allan2323 if you have service don't worry about what 611 is telling you. not sure why, but 611 says this while your plan is in the renewal process

Do you get this message before it connects with 611? On all outgoing calls? Can you log into your account ? 

Try removing your sim. Wait 5 min. Reinsert sim card. Try calling again,

Log into your account to review plan details and status. Can you still make calls ?

Try calling someone on the other side of the country...McDonald's or some such.
