I just received a text that my plan did not renew and you did not receive my payment. I have never had to do that before. My payments are paid for by my credit card. I want to continue with my plan as is. Do I need to do anything?

Login to My Account, and there should be a button "Reactivate my plan". Click on it and follow the steps to make a manual payment
Once payment is made successfully, logoff and reboot the phone once and it should work

how to make a payment as my auto pay never went through and my line is no more active. Please advise. I am in Ontario, Canada

Sometimes autopay fails for whatever reason.
- Confirm you have all services (call/SMS/Internet).
- Check your account and confirm it is active.
- Check if your credit card is charged.
If account is not active (suspended) and CC is not charged do manual pay of balance and resume service.
