I pay more for the plan but today offers shows more than double of my data for new customers, can i get that or i have to cancel this number and get the new one?

Why not take a deal with another carrier, and then switch back when PM has a good after next. At the rate freedom is moving, the flanker brands will constantly be offering deals or risk losing their customer base.

Yes, my change subscription offer is terrible.
All other carriers seemed to be offering much better deals over the past few months.
I'll have to change suppliers.

You may want to contact customer service agent then. Click on chat icon on the right lower corner of website and follow prompts to submit ticket. See what CSA can do for you. Might be able to get extra monthly data for 24 hour months. No guarantee though. YMMV.

Last time i was asking for my wife, she got $20 60 GB plan. But i have $30 30 GB plan

Looks like that you are already on the January promoation $20 GB for 60 GB for 24 months. A really good deal that most existing customers would love to have.
Existing customers are not able to get the new promotional plans. If you really need more data, you could activate a new plan but it would be more expensive $25/month with more data.
Some existing customers have been able to contact customer service agent over the weekend to get some discount or extra data. YMMV. However, with your popular promo plan, I doubt that CSA can offer more to you.

Sorry @Perryg22 , existing customers an only change to those plans offered on their My Account > Change Subscription page. Check to see what other better offers showing there
As to the new activation only plans, those are for new subscribers only
