I’ve seen couple posts with a similar issue, I can make calls as I have banked minutes but can’t seem to receive them. I can access voice mail.

Hopefully, that moderator will respond. The best way is to submit ticket to moderator_team as described above (instead of individual moderator). Likely faster response time.

You can try to message them directly but this might in fact be a slower way:

Maybe you message them first and open ticket as well,
https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html, then type "Submit a ticket", select Account-specific issue, then select I need a human now. Follow the prompts to submit a ticket.
The answer time varies, sometime they reply as quick as 2 hours.:

Maybe try rebooting your phone. Network reset of phone.

To contact moderator via 2 methods:
Click on the chat bubble icon on the right lower corner of website to start ticketing process to contact moderator. Type: Contact moderator. Follow the prompts to submit ticket.

Thanks I’m just waiting to receive an important phone call..
is there a list of moderators anywhere I can’t seem to easily find them.

@mikasik : I think even older provincial plans were affected by a poorly executed revival of provincial plans recently...now dropped. You'll need to contact the moderators.
I think that Expired can be ignored.
