Plan not working

I topped up my account for the correct amount but plan is not working and still says suspended but balance is showing at the right amount needed for my plan. Very annoying

You can also try adding $1 to account. Sometimes that helps trigger reactivation

@Canada2014 on My Account, do you see Available Fund = amount you just paid?  You can try to use the Lost/Stolen trick to reactivate the plan

• Go to Plan and Add-ons Tab and click on Lost/Stolen Phone to Suspend the service.
• Log off and then Wait 5 minutes
• Log back in My Account, go back to Plan and Add-ons Tab, click on Lost/Stolen Phone, then
• Resume/Reactivate Service. The plan will automatically reactivate since you already have enough funds to pay for the plan.
