My $15 plan expired despite having money in my account - why?

If your renewal is today and have $20 available fund in your account, PM may be slow in renewal.
If your phone is still working, don't touch anything and let PM system to do its thing to renew your plan.
If your phone is not working, click on the "reactivate" link on your overview page after login to renew your plan since you have $20 available fund to pay for your renewal.

Is your phone still working? If yes and its your renewal today, pay no attention to the status on your account. It will fix itself and go back to active status later today.

@Rolex Do you have reactivation button on your self-service account? Can you make and receive calls/messages? Can you connect to internet? Sometimes, it takes time for provider to withdraw money from account, and it can show as expired, but actually will work.
