My wife and I were on the same type of plan ($25/month, 1gb data). I logged in to my account and upgraded to the $29/month, 10gb plan. I then logged into her account and tried to do the same thing but it doesn't show that plan as available. The lowest 4g plan it shows is $34/month, 30gb data. The $29/month, 10gb plan still shows on the PM site but not as an option to upgrade her account to. Any ideas?

The website now says New Activations Only... I guess I am out of luck.

@Loco As mentioned earlier contact customer service and ask them to schedule the plan change for you.

hi @Loco try submit ticket and confirm if the plan is still live, should be. And maybe ask the agent to help to schedule for you

I was trying to do the change in Chrome on my desktop computer. I also tried the change in the app on her phone. I also tried in incognito mode and in an Edge browser. All have the same result of not showing that plan.

@Loco @homer you're right. I was able to see the $29/10gb plan on the website but once I am logged into my account, I can only see the $29/6gb plan. I would say to keep checking up on your subscription list to see if it gets updated. Keep in mind that the $29/10gb plan is brand new to clients so the site might still be configuring itself to this new rate.

So is this a targeted offer? Like OP's account has the plan, but his wife's account does not have access? I am looking at another post and it seems many people are in the same boat: Tried to switch to $29 plan yesterday but the site... - Community (publicmobile.ca)

I don't think so. I tried the website, the app, incognito mode, different browsers... Still did not find the $29 plan.

@Loco Have you tried doing the change in a browser instead of the app? I'm still showing the $29 plan available.

I think it is browser cache problem
use Incognito/private/secret mode on the browser and try again and should be good
