My account has expired even though I paid for 3 months and it's only been one month. Please help. Thanks!

I have the same issue I had just signed up with Public mobile and paid for 90 day.
It has barely been a week since i signed up.
Without a support phone number to call , getting support is extremly difficult.I dont understand, does this company even understand how to run a telephone service.
I am not very happy with this.
Please resolve this ASAP

Thank you! Yah my phone doesn't work so i checked my online acc and it says expired.

If it's a legacy plan, it shows expired in the self serve portal. If your service is still working don't worry about it. If your service is not working, you will need to send a private message to the moderator team to investigate. The moderator team can be reached via private message using this link. There appears to have been an issue with the system causing plans to prematurely expire, and there are a lot of users currently affected by this (myself included) so you're not alone in this. Hopefully this issue will be resolved soon.
You can send a message to @CS_Agent with your email address and phone number, however at this point with it being widespread I'm not sure if it would make any difference in how quickly this gets fixed.
