My account is showing plan expired and a renewal date of March 10. I have autopay on and my payments should be up to date. The cell service is currently not working and I need it for work. Please help.

Thanks - for some reason it wasn't accepting the current card that was on file. I switched to my other credit card and the problem is now solved. thanks!

Here's how you may apply payment - after doing so, tap "reactivate":

@andrewface : Make a manual payment to make your Available Funds >= your plan cost. Seems autopay failed for you this time.
