My credit card expired, I tried to update credit card information. Now it wont accept any credit card I try to add to make a payment! What can I do? this is ridiculous! I've never had so much trouble trying to give money! lol

@Anonymous Yes a lot of things around here don't work exactly how they supposed to or should and sometimes require a bit of a workaround. It is curious that the Koho card didn't require that you input all the real info though.
My prepaid Visa is actually linked to my bank account which makes it easy to load funds directly onto it and allows me to keep the bare minimum to keep it active. Have to admit I wasn't too happy with the $5 fee upfront to get this visa but keeping it on file seems to allow the autopay discount which was being lost previously when I was removing my CC from that account.

@dabr : I've been reading that mileage does vary. gpixel4 was another one like you. One other that I might remember. I had been able to put in anything I wanted using an anonymous prepaid gift card. The Koho was interesting in that I could use whatever name. I didn't test the address.

@Anonymous Thanks for the info, wasn't aware there's no apt field anymore. Haven't updated or added a new card for a while now... but a few months back I did add a prepaid Visa to an account that isn't active all the time and I first tried putting in a made up address/name, but the system wouldn't accept it until I used my real name/address.

I also don't think name is actually checked. I put in a different name from the front of my Koho card. Different also from the profile name. I did use the proper address though.
@Sodonewiththis : sometimes accounts get locked when multiple attempts on a card are made. That's why I suggested waiting. But you may very well need the moderators to clear it all up.

You can submit a ticket to moderators either via the chatbot bubble bottom right of your screen or send a private message to Moderator_Team by clicking the envelope icon top right next to your avatar. Response time from the moderators can be anywhere from 2-48 hours, usually it's less than the 2 hours.

hi if above recomendations don't work contact a moderator to help with your issue you can do so by clicking the chat bubble at the lower right corner,to avoid going around in circles with Simon say that you want a human to speak to, a ticket will then be generated briefly mention your issue credit card issues
you should get a response between 2 to 48 hours a reply should show up in your little envelope in the top right corner, you can also send a private message to the Moderators by clicking here.

@Sodonewiththis When you're entering the name and address make sure that it matches your CC statement exactly, also leave apt # blank and no spaces for the postal code. Also as advised earlier use a clean browser with incognito/privacy mode enabled. You should delete your current card from the system first before adding the new one.

It can be quite troublesome for some folks. It's ridiculous that a business can have such difficulty taking your money.
Try a different browser or clear cache/site cookies or use incognito/privacy mode. You might need to wait an hour or so too.
If your services are suspended then you could also buy a voucher in many stores or online. You can also use the 611 service for those vouchers. Or use the Instant Top-up service in some stores.

Until you can figure out how to get your card accepted by the Public Mobile system, you could purchase a voucher from a retail locaiton or online from somewhere such as ding.com or recharge.com. Those two websites take Paypal.
As for your credit card not being accepted, this can often ben an issue with a mismatch in the billing address.
