Awhile ago i changed my data option from 12gb to 15gb + 3gb at 4g lte speeds when they had the offer going on. It was set to automatically change with my new billing cycle on November 20 and never logged back on the check it. Then i checked my account today and realized my plan hasn't changed and was charged for the same plan, was there something on my end i did wrong?
