Plan did not upgrade like it was meant to

  • Hi all. I upgraded my plan mid cycle to take place on renewal date. It has been about a week past and my plan did not change. When i try to upgrade it now the promo plan i signed up for is not showing as an option. I even have a screenshot of proof it was supposed to change. Help!

Was this a targeted promo plan directed to you only @nicolecdietrich ? Because normally, promos are only available on new activations, so it would seem so.

 

What is the promo you were offered, if you don't mind sharing? If it was for something about changing over to the new public points system, i'd suggest not to; jmho.

@nicolecdietrich first, use Incognito mode to check My Account agajn for the correct Plan Detials  info and check Payment History to see which plan they charged 

 

If they renewed you on the old plan, you do not want to use Change Plan Now at this time as they will charge you again today, they plan they charged you couple days ago will be a waste

Let us know what you see from Incognito mode first

@nicolecdietrich , please use incognito mode to review your self serve account.  It is possible you are seeing a cached page.
