Plan did not renew

I have paid my cell bill but my service did not renew. I pay monthly with minutes and have never had an issue with adding the pins through 611. If I call 611 I'm not due to pay until April but if I try and make a call, it says I have used my Minutes up for the month.

Are you on the $15 plan?

Login into your account and check the total minutes has been used.

Purchase additional minutes.

@Mlchelle if you login My Account or call *611 it shows account status Active??

 

There has been multiple posts about voice issue after renewal, look like nothing you can do other than open ticket with PM support 

 

but try one more thing, power down the phone for 5 mins, then poet up and try 

 

if that does not help,  please open ticket with PM support using Chatbot:

 

1. Please open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
