Plan did not change after last billing period

I had set my plan to change from one of the old plans, $90/90 days with 1 GB, to a new one, $120/90 days 6GB, but it didn't change. I sent a message to suppost on tuesday, but havn't heard back. I was charged for the amount I would have been for the new plan, but the difference was not used and is just sitting in my account.

This is a current but minor issue, and I'll be able to update your plan for you. I'll need you to send me your phone number by private message.

 

It shouldn't take long to make the changes 🙂

Unfortunately we have seen a fair bit of this with the plan changes. One of the moderators can fix this for you, believe @Mary_M is online today.
